Where can I see which pension fund I’m insured with?
- As an insured member you can find the name of your pension fund on your pension fund certificate. You can view your personal certificate easily at myAXA under “Documents”.
- Employers can find the name of their pension fund on each customer letter or in their affiliation contract. Tip: It’s now even easier to submit change requests and applications via “OPA Services” in myAXA.
Tips for faster processing
- To ensure fast processing, please always use the most recent version of each form rather than stockpiling printouts or saving empty forms for later use.
- To enhance legibility you can complete the forms directly on screen and then print them out or send them directly.
