You are a private customer

Register with myAXA and you can access your contract data at any time. You can also access your data from your mobile phone using the myAXA app.

Registration

To register you need:

  • the policy number of a contract with AXA 
  • a phone number (mobile or landline, Switzerland or Liechtenstein)

Login

The login uses a three-step procedure consisting of

  1. an email address
  2. a password
  3. a TAN
    The TAN is sent to the mobile phone number you used to register.

You are insured with a pension fund from AXA

Register with myAXA and you can access your occupational benefits insurance data at any time.

You have access to your pension fund certificate. You can call up the pensions portal where you can carry out various calculations such as

  • determining any gaps in your pension provision 
  • consequences of a withdrawal of pension capital for purchasing residential property 
  • various retirement scenarios

Questions about the myAXA customer portal

  • I can't log in to myAXA.

    In order to be able to log in to myAXA, you need a Swiss or Liechtenstein mobile phone number and you must be a Swiss or Liechtenstein resident.

    • First, check that you correctly entered the user name /  email address and password including uppercase and lowercase letters and special characters.
    • Ensure that your browser accepts cookies.
    • For other problems, please contact the myAXA Helpline on 0800 800 292.
  • My contract cannot be found even though I've entered the policy number correctly.

  • What is an mTAN?

    Mobile transaction number: Every time you register, a one-off code is sent as a text message to your mobile phone.

  • What is a vTAN?

    Voice transaction number: Every time you register, a one-off code is sent by phone.
