If you have daily sickness benefits insurance or an occupational benefits solution with AXA, the use of Swibeco is included. For up to 200 employees in the case of daily sickness benefits insurance, and for all employees, including retired employees, in the case of an occupational benefits solution.
As an employer, you can make the Swibeco benefits platform available to your employees. Your team will find permanent employee discounts from over 200 providers on the benefits platform. You also have the opportunity to add your own offers, or to hide offers you would like to exclude.
In addition, you can give your employees tax-free fringe benefits by means of Swipoints. You buy Swipoints for your company via the platform and can then transfer them to your employees, such as for special achievements, birthdays, anniversaries, or as annual fringe benefits.
