This is how to find out how your claim is insured.

    Go to AXA.ch/claim and enter your license plate number, zip code and date of birth. Of you can use the myAXA customer portal.

    Enter the information about your accident. You will see at a glance if the damage to your car and to the other person’s car is covered, how high your deductible is and whether your premium will go up.
