Our claim number service is easy to use

Our service is available to anyone affected directly or indirectly by any kind of accident or illness. For example:

• Accident victims or ill patients
• Employers
• Doctors, therapists, hospitals, rehab clinics, including pharmacies
• Disability insurance (DI)

Required data

You only need a few details. And you already have these:

• Date of claim
• Name
• First name
• Date of birth or social security number

Note: Around-the-clock online inquiries are possible. If you don't get a result, this means that we either haven't received notification of an accident or illness or it's just being processed. It can take a few days before the reference and/or claim number is available online.
