OPA Services is replacing the wincoLink corporate customer portal that has been in use until now.
The new OPA Services customer portal will be available to employers on myAXA from mid-April 2024. It replaces wincoLink for administrative tasks and the direct accessing of your contract and insured member data. OPA Services is a completely new design structured around enhanced usability, increased data security, and reliability in system performance. What you need to know: Nothing has changed in terms of how the portal is accessed. Employers can continue to log in to myAXA using the customary login details. The pensions portal remains available to insured members on myAXA in the usual way.

Fairness between generations
Thanks to the switch from full insurance to a semi-autonomous model, insureds' retirement savings earned an average of 3.93% in interest per year between 2019 and 2023. In order to allow insured members to continue to benefit from interest rates and the compound interest effect in the best way possible, the Board of Trustees has decided to gradually adjust the conversion rate between 2025 and 2027. This helps offset the increasing redistribution from working insureds to pension recipients. The Board of Trustees is committed to providing a fair distribution of funds for all generations. This is why it has decided to introduce a pension participation model together with the first conversion rate adjustment on January 1, 2025. Insureds will benefit from the Foundation's strong performance even after they retire.

2024 is an election year for the Board of Trustees
The current term of office for the Board of Trustees ends on December 31, 2024. Consequently, new elections for the Board of Trustees in corpore are taking place this year for the 2025 to 2028 term of office. Insured members who wish to stand for election to the Board of Trustees may submit their candidatures by May 12. The elections will be held between June 17 and July 17. The affiliated companies have each received a letter detailing how the election process unfolds. These documents can also be viewed at OPA Services on myAXA.
