Commitment for a good cause is a long-held tradition at our company. AXA, with its two foundations, makes a sustainable contribution for improved safety on our roads and for greater solidarity within our society. Our employees support projects across the globe that are social, environmental and educational, through both donations and voluntary work assignments.
As Switzerland's largest motor vehicle insurer, we want to help make Swiss roads safer. The AXA Foundation for Prevention is committed to improving Swiss road safety. Our customers, the public, and all children, benefit from our many prevention measures.

The Generation Dialogue Foundation brings young and old together – whereby the potential of the baby boomers enters the discussion. With its latest project Schenkzeit (Give time), the foundation would like to inspire people to share experiences and show social commitment, thereby contributing to a fulfilled life.
As part of its corporate responsibility, AXA has, since 1976, been focusing in particular on the opportunities and challenges of an aging society. AXA's Generation Dialogue Foundation aims to strengthen the intergenerational exchange, give positive impulses for the health of people aged 55+, and help develop their potential both for themselves and for society.
The most valuable thing we can give to society is our time and commitment. This idea is behind the global initiative "AXA Hearts in Action." AXA employees donate their time for other people. An average of 800 employees in Switzerland demonstrate their commitment every year by carrying out several thousand hours of voluntary work.
